Corporate Profile
What We Do
Belnor has traditionally worked with Architects and Engineers from the conceptual stage to handover of the building to the owner. Belnor uses its expertise to meet the requirements of shorter construction, schedules, precise budget targets for increasingly complex laboratories.
This approach ensures that the building is designed, constructed or renovated for laboratory use, therefore eliminating costly changes and delays during construction.
Belnor uses a computer generated modeling program developed by Phoenix Controls that can provide operating costs and payback analysis for many different modes of laboratory control. Diversity can be taken into account and this result in cost efficient use. By dealing with an expert such as Belnor Engineering in the highly complex field of laboratory controls you can be assured of state-of-the art solutions that are safe and efficient.
